Have you ever woke up saying that you feel pregnant? For my part, I felt it before discovering it. Being pregnant is a unique experience. Pregnancy varies from one mother to another and from one child to another. Today, I have the great pleasure to announce that I am pregnant with my second child!! I am proud to be already a mother of a 2-year-old boy named Théo.
Life has surprises for us. During my first pregnancy, I had to deal with a change to the pace of life, being a very active person, I was forced, for lack of energy, to decrease my activities. I have been one of those people who face daily nausea, heartburn, afternoon nausea, and so on.
I do not write this to complain, but on the contrary, I am so thankful for being pregnant during those 41 weeks of pregnancy. I was healthy, and I also had a perfect baby, despite the energy that was missing during pregnancy. So, against my will, I had to accept taking Diclectin daily to get through my day.
I tried everything: ginger, vitamins, soda cookies, etc. In short, I resolved to eat peanut butter toasts every day and take the anti-nausea pill to avoid getting sick and to keep my meal in my stomach. All in all, my pregnancy, apart from nausea, vomiting and difficult childbirth, was good. I have a great souvenir today, I had a little boy of 7.9 lbs in great shape and still has a lot of energy to this day.
After this introduction to my first pregnancy, you will understand that I anticipated my second pregnancy and the quality of life I was going to have. Fortunately, 16 weeks later and some Diclectin, the nausea is thankfully gone. I have a pregnancy that is going very well. And yes, I'm always nibbling a little something, but everything is fine.
Each pregnancy is unique and each journey to maternity has a lot of surprises!
